F.A.Q.
Can you help me get a reading from Derek?
Unfortunately this isn’t possible.
I would like to send an e-mail to Derek. Is this possible?
You can send an e-mail to Derek via his own website at www.derekogilvie.com
If I send and e-mail to Derek, can I expect a reply?
Derek receives hundreds of e-mails weekly. Derek and his manager do their best to answer as many e-mails as possible. Derek cares a lot about his fans but unfortunately it isn’t possible to reply to every e-mail.
I want to send Derek a postcard or a letter! Is this possible?
This is possible! We will forward all the post to Derek. Send it to:
Derek Ogilvie Fanclub-Foundation
P.O. Box 4007
2301 RA Leiden
the Netherlands
We will make sure Derek receives all the mail. If you want to send us something, you can use the same address, just make sure you make it clear it is for the fanclub and not for Derek.
TIP: Always clearly write down your address details on the back of the envelope or parcel, if anything might go wrong with delivery, it will always be returned to you.
I would like to donate more than the £ 8/€ 10 yearly contribution.
You are more than welcome to! We donate to charity, so every little bit helps. If you donate more than the minimum contribution, we would like to show our appreciation by mentioning you and/or your company on the special “thank you” page on the website. If you prefer to stay anonymous, we will respect it, just let us know!
I to cancel my donorship. How do I do this?
Cancellations have to be done in writing at least two months before the end of the year of donorship. When we don’t receive a cancellation request in writing, your donorship will be renewed for another year.
I’ve moved address or have a new e-mailaddress, do I have to let the fanclub know about this?
Please let us know so we can keep our administration up to date. You can send the changes to anita@derekogilviefanclub.com
Does being a supporter mean a guarantee to being present at the fanclub days?
Unfortunately it doesn’t. The fanclub days will be organised for a maximum of 300 persons at a time, because Derek will be able to speak to everyone. We will draw names, and those people will be invited to the fanclub days. This way everyone gets a fair chance. All the supporter who receive an invite can bring one person along.
What can I expect on a fanclub day?
Derek won’t do readings during fanclub days. He will be present to take photos with everyone, sign and just for a nice chat. There will also be several fun activities during the day.
When will Derek join the chat in the chatbox on the website?
We will announce this beforehand on the website.
